The Vault
Movie Concept by Doctor Theodore Mangrove

2080. Global warming ravages the world. Agriculture is failing due to rising sea levels, drought, hurricanes, and desertification. Nations are collapsing and the world descends into chaos.
The biosphere’s only hope is the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, an archive of
millions of different species of seeds. Built by the Norwegians on Spitsbegen Island way out in the Arctic, “The Vault” is a safeguard for biodiversity in the event of global eco-catastrophe.
But now the Vault’s safety is threatened by Mad-Max-style raiders approaching the island on armored, missile-equipped jet skis. The raiders want to steal the seeds to genetically engineer new hamburger plants and have something to nibble on while sputtering around the ocean, running down the last few sickly whales and dolphins.
The Norwegian government is having a total conniption fit. Seeing no other choice, the Prime Minster lets two bad-ass eco-terrorists (Asia Argento and Crispin Glover) out of prison and sends them to Spitsbegen to defend the Vault. The eco-terrorists were serving consecutive life sentences for blowing up a North Sea oil rig, but all will be forgiven if they can use their terrorism skills to defeat the raiders.
Stellen Skarsgard and Franka Potente play two lone scientists looking after the seeds while Chewitel Edjifor, Michelle Rodriguez, and Vinnie Jones are each leaders of three separate Mad Max-style bands of raiders attacking the island.
Parody poster. These actors do not [yet] appear in this movie unfortunately.
